硕士学位论文越中边境贸易可持续发展研究AstudyonsustainabledevelopmentofVietnam-Chinabordertrade2009年5月分类号：UDC：密级：保密年限：年越中边境贸易可持续发展研究AstudyonsustainabledevelopmentofVietnam-Chinabordertrade摘要越中边境既是连接越中两国经济贸易也是连接中国——东盟自由贸易区的重要通道，研究越中边境发展问题的重大意义不言而喻。从贸易的角度来探讨越中边境的经济可持续发展问题不仅角度新颖而且意义较大。本文主要运用实证研究、规范研究和归纳演绎等经济学研究方法，对越中边境贸易的历史和现状作深入的探究，以期发现越中边境贸易中存在的问题和制约越中贸易发展的瓶颈，并针对问题提出相应的对策和建议。本文运用比较优势理论、可持续发展理论、以及生产资源禀赋学说等经济学理论以及运用统计学、计量经济学的知识对越中边境的贸易条件以及制约因素进行分析，从而提出促进越中边境贸易的对策措施，以期对促进越中边境贸易持续、快速发展能够有所补益。本文依照“提出问题—分析问题—解决问题”的思路来讨论越中边境贸易的可持续发展问题。文章主要内容有五部分：第一部分，研究背景、理论渊源、研究方法及其国内外主要相关理论概述。第二部分，中越边境贸易历史、现状介绍。第三部分，中越边境区位优势的SWOT分析。第四部分，越中边境贸易发展的存在的问题和机遇探讨。第五部分，越中边境贸易发展的对策建议。在科学技术飞速发展、空间距离与成本不断下降、交易转向虚拟数码网络化、国家边界行政职能弱化的今天,边境区位的优势受到冲击是必然的事,但距离成本不可能降为零,因此对接两个市场的边境区位优势仍然存在,不过是还需要再造；同时越中两国政府还需要以中国——东盟自由贸易区建设为依托携手解决越中边境贸易中存在的问题，这样才能使越中边境贸易实现快速的可持续的发展。关键词：越中边境贸易；可持续发展；区位优势；对策建议；AbstractTheborderofVietnam-Chinaisanimportantchannel,whichnotonlyconnectsVietnamandChinaalsoconnectstheChina-ASEANFreetradeArea.Therefore,thesignificancethatresearchborderonVietnam-Chinasustainabledevelopmentisverymoresignificant.Todiscussthisquestionfromtheangleoftradeismorenovel.Thepaperusingtheempiricalstudy、normativestudy、andInductiondeductivemethodresearcheshistoryandactualitiesaboutVietnam-Chinabordertrade.Toexpectsfindsissuesandfactsofrestraint.AndComeupwithstrategiesandrecommendationsbasedonfinding.Thispaperadaptsthecomparativeadvantagetheory,sustainabledevelopment,aswellasresourceendowmenttheory.AndusingknowledgeofstatisticsandeconometricsanalyzedconditionofbordertradeonVietnam-China.AndwishedthisresearchcanbebeneficialtodevelopmentofVietnam-China’strade.Thepaperdeferstomodeof“proposedquestion-analysisquestion-solvestheproem”.Thepaperisdividedintofiveparts:Partone:introducingresearchbackground,studymethodsandsomenationalandforeigntheories.Parttwo:introducinghistoryandactualitiesontradeofboardonVietnamandChina.PartthreeusingthewayofSWOT(Strength,Weakness,Qpportunity,andThreat)analysiscomparativeadvantageofVietnamandChina.Partfour:discussquestionsandopportunitiesonbordertradeofVietnamandChina.Parrfive:proposesmeasuresandrecommendationsofdevelopmentofbordertradeofVietnamandChina.Todayisthatrapiddevelopmentofscienceandtechnology,spacedistanceandcostsdecline,tradersturntoavirtualdigitalnetworkandweakenedtheadministrativefunctionsofnationalborders.Andthesuperiorityofpositionofborderisundertheimpactwhichisinevitable.Althoughhavethischancespatialcostcannotbecomezero.Sothespatialsuperioritystillexistthatconnecttwomarkets.Butthisspatialsuperiorityneedcreates.Simultaneously,tosolvetheproblemofbordertradeinVietnameseandChinaneedtwogovernments...
