摘要随着我国改革开放的发展，城市化进程越来越快，城乡差距也因此愈来愈大。农村父母为了更好的家庭生活，大部分选择前往城市就业，而他们的子女则被留在农村，由其他亲属（大部分为爷爷奶奶）看管照顾。这些儿童形成了一个特殊的群体“留守儿童”。近年来，留守儿童的数量的增长趋势愈来愈大。由于农村留守儿童无法得到良好的教育和严格的看管，这些正处于发展阶段的儿童受到其他不良因素的影响，极易走向犯罪的道路。农村留守儿童犯罪在未成年犯罪中占很大比重。农村留守儿童犯罪率一路上升，解决农村留守儿童犯罪问题已迫在眉睫。本文从道德素质教育角度来进行分析。希望从道德素质教育角度来从根本上解决这个问题，或为这个问题提出一点自己的建议。作者认为，造成留守儿童犯罪心理的原因有以下几点:一、缺少家庭的保护和监督，使留守儿童的心理无法健康发展。二、农村学校对道德素质教育工作的忽视，由于农村学校教育资源的缺失，致使农村儿童很难进行完整的义务教育。三、社会对于农村儿童道德教育工作的紊乱，始终没有一个系统的方法帮助留守儿童进行教育工作。四、政府机构对于农村的管理工作无力。政府的道德教育政策很难在农村实行。对于这几个问题，本文提出了几个自己的解决方案。首先要加强完善家庭对于留守儿童的监管力度。其次，要推进农村学校的教育改革。再者，规范社会道德素质教育的秩序性。最后，要加强政府部门对于农村政策实施的保障。通过这几方面，加强对于农村留守儿童教育的重视程度，从根本上解决留守儿童的犯罪心理问题，保障留守儿童健康成长。关键词：农村；留守儿童；犯罪问题；道德素质教育IAbstractWiththedevelopmentofoureconomyandtheadvancementofurbanization,moreandmoreyoungfarmersintocities,thechildrenstayinthecountryside,keepthemawayfromtheirparentsandmyoldageorotherrelativeslivetogether,andinthevastruralareashaveemergedaspecialgroup"ruralleft-behindchildren".Largeandruralleft-behindchildrenthisgroupshowedatrendofincreaseyearbyyear,theyareinacriticalperiodofpersonalityformationanddevelopment,butbecauseoftheinfluenceofvariousfactors,ruralleft-behindchildrenaremorelikelythantheirpeerstobecomecriminals.Accordingtothedataofrecentyears,ruralleft-behindchildren'scrimerateishigherandhigher,andthecriminalmeanstowarddiversifieddevelopment,thussolvingtheproblemofruralleft-behindchildrencrimeisimminent.Thisarticlemainlyfromtheperspectiveofmoralqualitieseducationtoanalyzetheruralleft-behindchildrenpsychology,soastosolvetheproblemofleft-behindchildrencrime.Thecausesofleft-behindchildrencrimepsychologytherearefour:firstislackofmoraleducationworkinthefamily,familyguardianofdislocationandemotionalfaultruralleft-behindchildrenlostthemostbasiccareandeducation.Thesecondisthequalityofschoolmoraleducationworkignore,notplaytheroleofruralleft-behindchildrenmoraleducationthemainpositions.Againisthesocialmoralqualitieseducationworkdisorder,can'tsystemspecificationtohelpruralleft-behindchildrenmoraleducationwork.Finallythegovernmentmoralqualitieseducationworkisweak,andthegovernment'smoralqualityeducationpolicyontheimplementationofthelackofsupervisionandmanagement.Inthispaper,howtobetterbuildruralleft-behindchildrenmoralquality-orientededucationsystemputforwardtheirviews.First,themoralqualitieseducationtoperfectfamilycare;Second,tohighlightthediversityoftheschoolmoralquality-orientededucation;Third,thestandardsocialmoralityeducationorder;Fourth,payattentiontothegovernmentmoralqualityeducationaffordable.Isnotonlyamoralquality-orientededucationofruralleft-behindchildrenareoccasionally,moreattentionshouldbepaidtoimproveallaspectstotheproblemofruralleft-behindchildrenmoralqualitiesed...
