摘要陕西自贸区建设的金融支持对策研究摘要RCEP的成员国在中国加入之后决定开放市场，降低关税和贸易壁垒，这一系列举措，使中国自贸区的建设得到了良好的发展条件。而陕西自贸区作为我国西北地区的首个自贸区，对于西安及其周边地区的经济发展都将产生极为深远的影响。同时自贸区的设立，对于陕西这个地处内陆，缺乏足够区位优势的省份而言，将带来更多的正面效应。它将为陕西的对外开放提供全新的机会，也将为陕西全面深化改革和经济现代化转型创造新的机遇。本文以系统总结相关专家学者的理论和实证探讨研究成果为基础，借鉴其中的重要理论并加以思考，提出陕西自贸区的相关金融支持理论及对策，并指出陕西自贸区目前在金融支持方面存在的部分问题。在此基础之上，研究陕西自贸区如何在现有条件之下抓住机遇，加强金融支持与创新。就陕西自贸区独有的片区特点为基础，分析其现有三个主要片区的现状，总结目前对陕西自贸区发展具有深远影响的相关政策与措施。最后，本文针对于如何促进陕西自贸区的金融经济发展，加快陕西省的经济转型升级提出了相应的对策，以发挥陕西自贸区的更大作用。关键词：自贸区；金融支持；制度创新ResearchonfinancialsupportcountermeasuresfortheconstructionofShaanxiFreeTradeZoneABSTRACTWithChina'saccessiontotheRCEPfreetradeagreement,thememberstateshavepromisedtoreducetariffs,openmarketsandreducetradebarriers.Theglobalfreetradeandmultilateraltradesystemhavebeencontinuouslystrengthened,providinggoodinternationalconditionsfortheconstructionofdomesticfreetradezones.AsthefirstfreetradezoneinNorthwestChina,ShaanxifreetradezonewillhaveaprofoundimpactontheeconomicdevelopmentofXi'ananditssurroundingareas.Atthesametime,theestablishmentofthefreetradezonewillbringmorepositiveeffectstoShaanxi,whichislocatedintheinlandandlackssufficientgeographicaladvantages.ItwillopenanewwindowforShaanxi'sopeningtotheoutsideworld,andalsobringnewopportunitiesforShaanxi'scomprehensivedeepeningofreform,economicupgradingandtransformation.Basedonthesystematicsummaryofthetheoreticalandempiricalresearchresultsofrelevantexpertsandscholars,thispaperdrawsontheimportanttheoriesandthinksaboutthem,putsforwardtherelevantfinancialsupporttheoriesandCountermeasuresofShaanxiFreeTradeZone,andpointsoutsomeproblemsexistinginthefinancialsupportofShaanxifreetradezoneatpresent.Onthisbasis,thispaperstudieshowShaanxiFreeTradeZoneseizestheopportunityundertheexistingconditionstostrengthenfinancialsupportandinnovation.BasedontheuniquecharacteristicsofShaanxiFreeTradeZone,thispaperanalyzesthecurrentsituationofitsthreemainareas,andsummarizestherelevantpoliciesandmeasuresthathaveafar-reachingimpactonthedevelopmentofShaanxifreetradezone.Finally,thispaperputsforwardthecorrespondingcountermeasuresonhowtopromotethefinancialandeconomicdevelopmentofShaanxifreetradezoneandacceleratetheeconomictransformationandupgradingofShaanxiProvince,soastoplayagreaterroleofShaanxifreetradezone.Keywords：Freetradezone;Financialsupport;Systeminnovation目录目录摘要..................................................................IABSTRACT...............................................................II1绪论..................................................................11.1研究背景及意义..................................................11.1.1研究背景..................................................11.1.2研究意义..................................................11.2国内外研究现状..................................................21.2.1国外研究现状..............................................21.2.2国内研究现状.....
