内蒙古自治区耕地利用效益评价研究摘要耕地作为一种生产要素，对人类生存发展具有举足轻重的作用，影响了自然和社会的前进。耕地的合理有效利用得到了重视，我国特色社会主义农业要持续推进现代化建设，必须重视耕地。随着生产技术的提升，我国粮食产量逐渐提升，但我国仍然面临严重的粮食资源供给不足的问题，且逐年严重。当前我国每年需要大量尽快谷物，已然成为最大的谷物进口国。城市化进程的不断推进，大量的耕地被占用且得不到及时补偿，土地质量下降进而导致粮食产量下降等问题逐渐凸显，所以解决这些问题成为重中之重。本论文以内蒙古东部农村的耕地作为研究主体，系统分析了耕地资源的利用效率以及这些资源的变动趋势、空间分布等，进而为该地区更好的利用耕地资源提供了建设性意见。本论文首先调研了大量的学术文献，根据经济、社会和生态三方面选择13个耕地利用效率的评价指标。同时结合多因素综合评估模型和协调评估模型分析内蒙古东部49个自治区(旗)市(含)2007~2016年的耕地综合利用情况，从而明确内蒙古东部土地利用效率的发展趋势。关键词：耕地利用效益；影响因素；指标体系；内蒙古地区ABSTRACTAsakindofproductionfactor,cultivatedlandplaysanimportantroleinhumansurvivalanddevelopment,andaffectstheprogressofnatureandsociety.Therationalandeffectiveuseofcultivatedlandhasbeenpaidattentionto.InordertopromotethemodernizationofagriculturewithChinesecharacteristics,wemustpayattentiontocultivatedland.Withtheimprovementofproductiontechnology,China'sgrainproductionisgraduallyincreasing,butChinaisstillfacingaseriousproblemofinsufficientsupplyoffoodresources,whichisseriousyearbyyear.Atpresent,Chinaneedsalargeamountofgraineveryyear,andhasbecomethelargestgrainimportingcountry.Withthecontinuousprogressofurbanization,alargenumberofcultivatedlandisoccupiedandnotcompensatedintime,andthedeclineoflandqualityleadstothedeclineoffoodproductionandotherproblemsaregraduallyprominent,sosolvingtheseproblemshasbecomethetoppriority.ThispapertakesthecultivatedlandintheeasternruralareasofInnerMongoliaastheresearchsubject,andsystematicallyanalyzestheutilizationefficiencyofcultivatedlandresources,thechangetrendandspatialdistributionoftheseresources,soastoprovideconstructivesuggestionsforthebetteruseofcultivatedlandresourcesintheregion.Thispaperfirstinvestigatesalargenumberofacademicliterature,accordingtotheeconomic,socialandecologicalthreeaspectstoselect13cultivatedlanduseefficiencyevaluationindex.Atthesametime,combinedwiththemultifactorcomprehensiveevaluationmodelandcoordinationevaluationmodel,thispaperanalyzesthecomprehensiveutilizationofcultivatedlandin49autonomousregions(banners)andcities(including)ineasternInnerMongoliafrom2007to2016,soastoclarifythedevelopmenttrendoflanduseefficiencyineasternInnerMongolia.Keywords：Arablelanduseefficiency;Influencingfactors;Indicatorsystem;InnerMongoliaregion目录1、引言1.1研究背景..................................................61.2研究目的和意义...........................................71.2.1研究目的..............................................71.2.2研究意义.............................................71.3国内外研究现状............................................71.4研究方法..................................................82、蒙古市概况2.1自然地理概况..............................................92.2社会经济概况............................................112.3耕地利用现状.............................................133、内蒙古东部地区耕地利用效益评价3.1耕地利用效益评价指标体系的构建..........................133.1.1设计目标.........
