PLA/PCL夜光3D打印丝材挤出工艺与模具设计原料成型及控制工程摘要:现在市场上已研发的出荧光3D打印丝材主要为PLA原料内添加荧光粉等混合原料可以打印出各种各样效果的制品。本课题所研讨的是在此基础上,以PCL为主料,添加PLA、硅烷化夜光粉、偶联剂、分散剂及抗氧化剂制成混合原料,改善原原料原料的特点,使得打印出表面光滑、发光时间长的制品,并优化该丝材的3D打印工艺参数。制备1.75mm3D打印丝材,并通过了一系列的性能测试确定并且制备了为后续使用夜光丝材所需的原料PLA/PCL共混改性3D打印的线材。当PLA与PCL的添加量质量比例控制在20%上下时,共混物原料的各项性能表现最为良好。然后以20%的PLA共同混混合原料、夜光粉、硅烷偶联剂、分散剂(主要氧化剂是聚乙烯或石蜡)及夜光润滑剂(主要氧化硬脂酸酰胺)等为原料作为主要合成原料,制备了一种能够被完全降解的3D打印专用高性能夜光线材,可用于各种型号的3D打印机。然后经过了研究型微型单螺杆丝材制作机制备了共混线材与弘瑞桌面用FDM3D打印机打印了测试用的样品。在这之后,通过平均直径量测、平均密度计算检验、拉伸性能检验等手段对不同质量的配比对共混体物料的性能进行了表征,力学性能有着重要影响。在此基础通过NX三维建模软件绘制模具结构,设计合理的挤出模具,设计管材的挤出成型模具。关键词:PCL;PLA;夜光;挤出模具;设计。PLA/PCLluminous3DprintingfilamentextrusionprocessanddiedesignAbstract:Nowthefluorescent3DprintingfilamentsthathavebeendevelopedonthemarketaremainlyPLAmaterialsthataddphosphorsandothermixedmaterialstoprintproductswithvariouseffects.Theresearchinthissubjectisbasedonthis,usingPCLasthemainmaterial,addingPLA,silanizedluminouspowder,couplingagent,dispersantandantioxidanttomakemixedrawmaterials,improvingthecharacteristicsoftherawmaterialsandmakingtheprintedsurfacesmooth,Productswithlongluminescencetime,andoptimizethe3Dprintingprocessparametersofthefilament.Prepared1.75mm3Dprintingwire,andconfirmedandpreparedanewtypeof3DprintingwireofPLA/PCLblendastherawmaterialofsubsequentluminouswirethroughaseriesofperformancetests.WhentheamountofPLAaddediscontrolledatabout20%,theperformanceoftheblendmaterialisthebest.Thenusing20%PLAblend,luminouspowder,silanecouplingagent,dispersant(oxidizedpolyethylenewax)andlubricant(stearicacidamide)asrawmaterials,acompletelybiodegradableluminousPLA/PCLblendwaspreparedAnewtypeof3Dprintingwire.Asmallsingle-screwextruderandFDM3Dprinterwereusedtoprepareblendedwiresandsamples.Inaddition,bymeansofaveragediametertest,averagedensitytest,tensiletest,etc.,theeffectofdifferentmassratiosontheperformanceoftheblendandthemechanicalpropertiesarecharacterized.Onthisbasis,themoldstructureisdrawnthroughtheNXthree-dimensionalmodelingsoftware,thereasonableextrusionmoldisdesigned,andthepipeextrusionmoldingmoldisdesigned.Keywords:PCL;PLA;luminous;extrusiondie;design.目录1绪论..........................................................11.1引言.....................................................11.2国内外研究概况...........................................11.3本论文的研究目的和主要内容...............................42PLA/PCL共混物丝材的制备及挤出工艺.............................52.2原料制备.................................................52.3结果与讨论...............................................62.3本章小结.................................................73夜光PLA/PCL共混物丝材的制备及挤出工艺........................73.1引言.....................................................73.2夜光原料制备.............................................73.3丝材性能.....................................
