摘要亚健康作为多种临床疾病的潜在诱因，近年来已受到全社会的广泛关注。长期处在亚健康状况下，不仅有损于自己的身心健康，还会严重影响到日常的学习、工作状态以及生活的质量。然而，亚健康目前并无临床诊断依据，只能通过病症表现来确定其发生的可能性，因此研究亚健康的影响因素并以此为基础对其进行防治就显得尤为必要。现代社会生活节奏的加快导致了不同职业的人群都患有一定程度的亚健康，其中医护工作者作为治病救人的特殊职业群体，经常被社会寄予着高度的期望，超负荷的工作量以及职业本身的风险性，使他们发生亚健康的可能性远高于其他人群。而医护工作者的健康情况不仅关系到自身的生活质量，同时对患者所提供的医疗护理服务也有着重要影响，甚至关系到人类健康事业的发展，因此关注医护工作者的亚健康现状并研究相关影响因素对其防治工作的开展具有重要的现实意义。本文在亚健康相关概念及综述的基础上，对亚健康状态的评定方法及其影响因素研究的理论依据进行了阐述。在2011年3月至2012年3月从一所三甲综合医院中抽取共405名医护工作者进行调查，通过收集相关数据，采取描述性统计分析以及逻辑回归分析的方法对医护样本的亚健康现状及主要症状表现进行研究，从个人特征、职业特点、生活方式、社会支持及科室情况五个方面分析亚健康影响因素，对比医生与护士亚健康影响因素的不同，并挖掘出影响医护工作者亚健康状态的主要原因。通过以上分析发现，医护工作者亚健康的发生主要受其职业特征因素的影响，其中工作强度大、医患关系紧张、医疗职业的高风险性、医护人员比例失调以及工作之余的科研考核多和职称晋升的激烈竞争成为显著影响因素，职业的特点对其生活方式又造成了一定的负面影响，睡眠饮食的规律性无法得到保证以及体育锻炼的严重缺乏，使得医护工作者比其他人群更容易发生亚健康。针对上述问题，本文从政府、社会、组织、个人四个层面分别对医护工作者的亚健康现状提出了相关对策建议。关键词：亚健康；影响因素；医护工作者；对策建议论文类型：应用研究Title:ResearchonSub-healthInfluencingFactorofTheClinicianandNurseforOneGrade-IIIComprehensiveHospitalinXi'anCityProfessionalFields:MasterofPublicAdiminastrationABSTRACTAstheunderlyingcauseofvarietyofclinicaldisease,sub-healthhasgainedgreatattentionoverthewholesociteyinrecentyears.Sub-healthatatlong-termcanseverelyimpactthequalityaboutpeople'sdailystudy,workandlife,andevenharmmindandbodyhealth.However,atpresentsub-healthdon'thaveobjectivecriteriaforclinicaldiagnosis.Theycanonlydetermineitspossibilitythatitmighthappen,soitisnecessarythatresearchonsub-healthinfluencingfactorandpreventitonthisbasis.Inmodernsocietyalmostdifferentworkingpopulationssufferfromsomedegreeofsub-healthowingtotheacceleratingrhythmoflife.Asspecialprofessionalgroupofsalvingcareer,theclinicianandnursehavebeenhighexpectations.Overloadworkloadandprofessionalriskmakethemmorelikelytosufferfromsub-healththanothers.Theirhealthconditionsnotonlyconcernthequalityoflifethemselves,butalsoaffectmedicalcareservicewhichtheyprovidetopatients.Therefore,focusingonsub-healthoftheclinicianandnurseandstudyingrelativeinfluencingfactorshaaveimportantpracticalsignificancetocarryoutprevention.Thispaperbasedonthereviewofthesub-healthanditsrelevantissuestostateitsevaluationmethodandthetheoryofaffectingfactors.FromMarch2011toMarch2012,thispaperinvestigatedatotalof405doctorsandnursesforoneGrade-IIIcomprehensivehospitalinXi'ancity,collecttedrelevantdata,andadopteddescriptivestatisticsandLogisticregressionanalysistostudysub-healthstatusitschiefsymptomaoutthesedoctorsandnurses.Meanwhilefrompersonalcharacteristic,professionalcharacteristics,thewayofliving,socialsupportandmedicaldepartmentaltogetherfiveaspectstost...
