基于组织生态观的供应链协同演化研究摘要随着全球经济再一次进入了低谷，企业面临着又一重大的生存考验。为了提高企业的生存能力，供应链的组织模型迎来了又一个春天。供应链模型的实质是保证任何多个企业动态变化的一种新型的网格模型，核心是各个企业通过相互作用的过程中，使整个供求链处于最佳状态。只有提供良好的供求链管理，才能达到一个使供应链中的所有企业链化零为整的目的。这样才能提高企业的整体竞争力。基于组织生态观的角度来说，一个供应链中各个企业之间的关系可以比作一个小型的生态食物链，食物链中的每一种生物都是相互依存的，不管破坏食物链中的哪个环节，都将为整个食物链带来灭顶之灾。跟生态食物链相似的是在企业的供应链体系中同样存在着一些影响因素。这使得所有的企业表现出一种类似生物的基本特征，如对周围环境的自适应性、与周围因素的竞争性、生命的周期性等基本特征。主要从两个方面进行考量，供应链演化的内部机制和供应链演化的外部机制。供应链演化的内部机制，这一部分主要运用生命周期理论中的Logistics模型。供应链演化的外部机制，主要分析外部环境对供应链的影响，主要基于Tilman模型进行分析。通过供应链演化的内外部机制对全局进行模拟。我们拟采用“外来种群入侵”的基本理论介绍外链竞争者的两种进入方式——插位竞争与等位竞争对供应链演化的影响。接着拟采用元胞自动机对整个机制进行模拟。元胞自动机（CellularAutomation简称CA）是一种建立在细胞发育的基础上的时空离散，状态发散的数学模型。应用元胞自动机模型为实验方式，对整个种群的演化进行模拟分析。在此基础上，提出相应的改进方法。最终，再一次的突出基于组织生态观的供应链协同演化重要性。关键词：组织生态观；供应链；协同演化；AbstractAstheglobaleconomyonceagainintothetrough,enterprisefacinganimportantsurvivaltest.Inordertoimprovethesurvivalabilityofenterprises,supplychainorganizationmodelforanotherspring.Theessenceofthesupplychainmodelistoensurethatanychangeinmultipleenterprisedynamicmodels,anewtypeofgrid,andthecoreistheenterprisethroughtheinteractionprocess,thewholechainofsupplyanddemandinthebeststate.Onlyprovideagoodsupplychainmanagement,toachieveachainofallenterprisesinthesupplychaintorectify.Inthiswaycanimprovetheoverallcompetitivenessofenterprises.Basedonorganizationalecologyperspective,therelationshipbetweenthecompaniesinasupplychaincanbecomparedtoasmallecologicalfoodchain,foodchainineachofthesecreaturesareinterdependent,regardlessofthedestructionofthefoodchainwhichlinkswillbringtheentirefoodchain.Withsimilarecologicalfoodchainintheenterpriseinthesupplychainsystemalsohassomeinfluencefactors.Allthismakesenterprisesshowedthesimilarbiologicalcharacteristics,suchasonthesurroundingenvironmentadaptability,competingwiththesurroundingfactors,andtheperiodiccharacteristicsoflife.Mainlyfromtwoaspectstoconsider,theevolutionofsupplychaininternalmechanismandexternalmechanismofsupplychainevolution.Internalmechanismofsupplychainevolution,thispartmainlyUSESlifecycletheoryoftheLogisticsmodel.Externalmechanismofsupplychainevolution,mainlyanalyzestheexternalenvironment'sinfluenceonthesupplychain,mainlybasedonTilmanmodelforanalysis.Throughtheevolutionofinternalandexternalmechanismsforglobalsupplychainsimulation.Weplantousethebasictheoryof"alienspeciesinvasion"competitorsintroducedoutsidethechainoftwo-insertedintothewayacompetitionwithalleliceffectontheevolutionofsupplychain.Thenproposedusingcellularautomatatosimulatethewholemechanism.Cellularautomata(CellularAutomationCAforshort)isakindofbasedoncellgrowthofdiscretetimeandspace,andmathematicalmodelofstatedivergence.Applicationofcellularautomatamode...
