摘要建设项目全寿命周期的集成化管理一直是建设行业信息化研究的关键问题。集成化管理能够将孤立的应用连结成一个整体，消除项目参与方之间内部数据的矛盾及冗余，使项目信息和信息处理具有充分的及时性、准确性、一致性和共享性。及时发现项目中存在的问题，以达到降低成本，加快工程进度，提高工程质量的目的。本文所提出的项目集成管理系统（ProjectIntegratedManagementSystem，PIMS）是作者在参考国际上大量相关文献的基础上，结合自身在工程项目管理领域的理论研究和实际工作体会提出的。PIMS是在虚拟组织环境下应用于全寿命周期建设项目的一种管理系统。这种建设项目管理系统将具有很大的弹性和兼容性，使得工程项目的参与各方均可以通过其建立、实施和管理自己的各项工作。本论文主要内容：1.分析了建筑行业信息化、信息集成的概况及研究成果，在此基础上阐述了本课题的必要性、意义和论文研究的理论基础和技术基础。2.分析了全寿命周期建设项目和项目集成管理的内涵3.提出PIMS的逻辑体系结构和物理结构，并对子功能模块进行划分、定义。4.运用面向对象的分析方法进行项目信息模型分析。5.分别论述PIMS的数据层、应用层和用户层的结构和工作机制6.探讨PIMS的外部支撑，重点研究集成系统实施的外部组织环境支撑，并对开发PIMS的相关技术进行评述。关键词：集成，寿命周期，Web，三层式结构，面向对象TheresearchonWeb-basedall-life-cycleconstructionprojectintegratedmanagementsystemAbstractTheintegratedmanagementofthewholelifecycleofconstructionprojectisalwaysthekeyproblemoftheresearchonconstructioninformationization.Itlinkstheisolatedapplicationsintoaunitytoresolvetheredundancyandcontradictoryofparticipant’sdataanditwillresultingoodbehavioronpunctuality,accuracy,consistenceandshareofdata.Theadministrativestaffcanfindthequestionexistingintheprojectintime,whichenablesustoreducecosts,acceleratetheprojectprogressandimproveprojectquality.Thebelowmentionedprojectintegratedmanagementsystem(PIMS)isproposedbasedonnumerousrelevantinternationaldocumentationsaswellasthetheoreticalresearchandtheworkingexperienceoftheauthorinherstudyofprojectmanagement.PIMSisakindofmanagementsystemwitchisappliedforthealllifecycleprojectundertheenvironmentofvirtualorganization.Thisprojectmanagementsystempossesseshighflexibilityandcompatibility.Itenablesallparticipantsintheprojecttosetup,carryout,andmanagetheirownwork.Thecontentsofthisthesisasfollowing:1.Afteranalyzingtheprocessoftheinformationdevelopmentinconstruction,thegeneralcasesofintegrationandtheresearchresults,thebackground,necessityofthisprojectandtheresearchfoundationofthisthesisareexpounded.2.analyzingtheintensionofalllife-cycleconstructionprojectandprojectintegratedmanagement3.PuttingforwardlogicalsystemarchitectureandphysicalstructureofPIMS,aswellasdividinganddefiningthesub-functionmodules4.Usingtheobject-orientedmethodtocarryontheprojectinformationmodelanalysis5.DescribingseparatelythestructureandworkingmechanismofthethreelayersinPIMS6.InvestigatingtheoutsidesupportsofPIMS,whichismajoredinoutsideorganizationenvironmentandintroductionofrelevanttechnologies.KeyWords：Integrated，Life-cycle，Web，Three-tierArchitecture，Object-oriented目录插图或附表清单............................................................................................................1词汇表........................................................................................................................2引言........................................................................................................................41问题的提出.......................
