摘要随着社会的进步,在我们生活的各个领域中,人与人之间的交往显得尤为重要。合作是幼儿未来发展和立足社会的重要因素。《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》指出:引导幼儿参与各种集体活动,可帮助幼儿养成正确认识自己与他人初步交往的技能。幼儿期是幼儿社会性形成和发展的关键时期,5-6岁是幼儿合作能力发展的重要时期,因此,在这一阶段培养幼儿的合作能力至关重要,并且合作能力将影响幼儿一生的发展。这一时期,教师、家长应适时适宜地对幼儿进行合作教育,让幼儿掌握简单的合作技能;创设平台,为幼儿提供合作的机会;家园同盟,共同培养幼儿的合作能力,为幼儿的一生发展奠定坚实的基础。当前幼儿合作能力的养成教育中存在着许多问题。“学会交往”、“学会合作”是时代赋予人的最基本的要求。只有善于合作的人,才会有生存与发展的空间。因此,合作能力对于幼儿来说非常重要,因为它是幼儿未来立足社会不可缺少的重要因素。对于幼儿而言一句否定的话语是十句肯定、鼓励的话语都弥补不回来的,所以在幼教工作过程中我们应该避免对幼儿刺激性的否定,尽可能地去鼓励幼儿,当幼儿做错事时教育者应尽量用平和的语言尽可能的去对幼儿进行说理而不是片面的否定。人的智力有一个逐步发展的过程,这意味着,随着幼儿年龄和智力的逐渐增长,对于幼儿合作能力的培养的差异性是非常重要的,如果忽视幼儿的接受能力千篇一律的只谈培养幼儿的合作能力是不符合幼儿发展的要求的。本文主要从幼儿的合作能力的培养方面出发,分析幼儿合作能力的培养与发展。通过查阅资料、调查等找出幼儿合作能力的培养方式与策略,以促进幼儿合作能力的发展。关键词:幼儿;合作能力;调查ABSTRACTWiththeprogressofsociety,ineveryareaofourlives,andinteractionbetweenpeopleisveryimportant.Cooperationisanimportantfactorinearlychildhooddevelopmentandbasedonthesocial.Thekindergarteneducationguidelines(draft)States:childrenwillparticipateinavarietyofgroupactivities,canhelpchildrendevelopacorrectunderstandingoftheirinitialskillswithothers.Childhoodisacriticalperiodofformationanddevelopmentofchildren'ssocial,5-6istheirabilitytocooperationanimportantperiodofdevelopment,therefore,children'scooperationatthisstageisessential,andtheabilitytoworkwillinfluencethedevelopmentofchildren'slives.Duringthisperiod,teachersandparentsshouldbesuitableforcooperativeeducationtochildrenattherighttime,enablechildrentomasterthesimplecooperationskills;creatingplatformsprovidecooperationopportunitiesforthechildren;homeLeaguetogethertocultivatechildren'sabilitytocooperate,andlayasolidfoundationforthedevelopmentofchildren'slives.Currenteducationofchildren'swork,therearemanyproblems."Society","society"isthemostbasicrequirementoftimespeople.Onlycollaboratorswhowillhaveroomforsurvivalanddevelopment.Therefore,cooperationisveryimportantforchildren,becauseitisanimportantandindispensablefactorofchildren'sfuturebasedonsociety.Anegativewordforachildistenpositive,encouragingwordsmakeupdoesnotcomeback,soworkingintheearlychildhoodeducationweshouldavoidinthecourseofearlychildhoodstimulationinthenegative,asmuchaspossibletoencouragechildren,whenchildrendosomethingwrong,educatorsshouldtrytousegentlelanguageastoreasoningtochildrenratherthanone-sidednegative.Humanintelligenceisanevolvingprocess,whichmeansthat,aschildrenageandintelligencegrows,fortheabilitydifferenceofchildrencooperationisveryimportant,ifweignoretheirabilitytoacceptcookieonthedevelopmentofyoungchildren'scooperationisnotonlyinlinewithrequirementsofearlychildhooddevelopment.Inthispaperbasedonthecultivationoftheabilitytoworkfromearlychildhood,analysisofcooperativecompetenceanddevelopmentofyoungchildren.Throughac...
