洛阳市农业信息化建设研究摘要我国是传统的农业大国，农村人口有9亿多，占全国总人口的70％左右，而我国农业生产总值只占国民生产总值的20％。农业信息化就是要将信息技术应用、贯穿于农业发展的各个方面和整个过程。如今，我国农业信息化的发展已经取得了一些可喜的成就，但与发达国家相比，信息化程度依然比较低；与我国的企业信息化、政府信息化、教育信息化相比，也存在一定的差距。我国农业信息化水平的高低，直接关系着国家信息化的整体水平，也关系着我国农业生产和发展的水平。2005年至2007年连续三年的中央一号文件都强调要加强农业信息化建设。农业信息化是一条促进农业经济增长的有效途径。当前我国“”正值三农问题日益突出且亟待解决的关键时期，农业经济增长迫切需要新的推动力，农业信息化恰好为此提供了难得而又宝贵的机遇。农业信息化问题涵盖面很广而且具有一定深度，包括经济学、信息经济学、农业经济学、资源经济学、管理学、信息科学、计算机技术等许多相关领域。近几年，我国的农业信息化研究不断深入，推出了一些研究成果。但从总体上看，研究比较分散，大多侧重于技术层次，如开展了系统工程、数据库与信息管理系统、遥感、专家系统，决策支持系统、地理信息系统等技术应用于农业、资源、环境和灾害方面的研究，并取得一批重要成果，有些己达到国际先进水平。从农业经济角度的研究虽有所进展，但尚未形成体系。关键词：农业信息化信息技术网络AbstractOurcountryisatraditionalagriculturalcountry,theruralpopulationhasmorethan900million,orofthenationaltotalpopulation70%theleftandrightsides,andagriculturalGDPaccountedforonly20%ofGDP.Agriculturalinformatizationistogettheinformationtechnologyapplication,throughoutallaspectsoftheagriculturaldevelopmentandthewholeprocess.Nowadays,thedevelopmentofourcountry'sagriculturalinformatizationhasmadesomegreatachievements,butcomparedwiththedevelopedcountries,informationizationlevelisstilllow;Andourcountryenterpriseinformationization,governmentinformation,educationinformatization,comparedtoalsohascertaingap.Ourcountry'sagriculturalinformatizationlevelofhighandlow,aredirectlyrelatedtotheoveralllevelofnationalinformatization,andtherelationshipbetweenagriculturalproductionanddevelopment.From2005to2007inthreeconsecutiveyearsthecentralonedocumentsarestressedtheneedtostrengthentheagriculturalinformatizationconstruction.Agriculturalinformatizationisapromotingagriculturaleconomicgrowthoftheeffectiveway.Thecurrentourcountryisworth"agriculture,countrysideandfarmers"growingproblemurgentlytobesolvedandthekeyperiodofagriculturaleconomicgrowthurgentneednewimpetusfortheagriculturalinformatization,providesarareandpreciousopportunity.Agriculturalinformatizationproblemcoversarangeisverywideandhasacertaindepth,includingeconomics,informationeconomics,agriculturaleconomics,resourceeconomics,managementscience,informationscience,computertechnologyandmanyotherrelatedfields.Inrecentyears,China'sagriculturalinformatizationunceasinglythoroughresearch,introducedanumberofresearchresults.However,fromtheoverallperspective,thestudyismoredispersive,mostlyfocusonthetechnicallevel,suchaspromotingthesystemengineering,databaseandinformationmanagementsystem,remotesensing,expertsystem,decisionsupportsystems,geographicinformationsystemtechnologyappliedinagriculture,resource,environmentanddisasterresearchandmadeanumberofimportantachievements,somehasreachedtheinternationaladvancedlevel.FromtheAngleoftheagriculturaleconomyresearchismakingprogress,buthavenotformthesystem..Keywords:Agriculturalinformatization;Informationtechnology;Internet目录1.概述....................
