摘要在城市化推进过程中伴随着巨量的建筑垃圾的产生,但我国对于此方面的重视程度明显不足,这直接导致了我国的建筑垃圾回收利用率低下的严重现象。大量建筑垃圾的随意堆放或者不处理等行为,严重影响了我国可持续发展的进程,也严重影响了自然环境和城市环境。在各种资源愈发紧缺的情况下,我国的建筑垃圾利用率低下是亟需解决的问题之一。针对建筑垃圾在中国的回收利用进行现状分析,可以指出了我国在此方面的诟病。在关于建筑垃圾回收法制制度方面,面对我国目前垃圾回收方面存在的问题提出了参考意见。比如将垃圾回收等纳入招投标文件,实施建筑垃圾保证金制度,制定相应补贴标准等。针对具体建筑垃圾的分类,分别针对性的介绍了相对应的回收方法,这对促进我国的建筑垃圾回收利用也具有一定的促进意义。通过对我国现状的研究基础上,将一些较为先进的制度与技术应用于我国的发展进程中,争取探索出一条适合我国行情的特色道路,让我国在城市化的推进过程中减少相应阻碍,为我国的可持续发展理论奠定一定理论基础。关键词:建筑垃圾;回收再利用;可持续发展AbstractIntheprocessofurbanization,thereisahugeamountofconstructionwaste.However,ourcountrypayslessattentiontothisaspect,whichdirectlyleadstotheseriousphenomenonoflowrecyclingrateofconstructionwasteinourcountry.Therandomstackingornon-disposalofalargenumberofconstructionwastehasseriouslyaffectedtheprocessofsustainabledevelopmentinChina,aswellasthenaturalandurbanenvironment.Inthecaseofincreasinglyscarceresources,thelowutilizationrateofconstructionwasteinChinaisoneoftheproblemsthatneedtobesolvedurgently.BasedontheanalysisofthecurrentsituationoftherecyclingandutilizationofconstructionwasteinChina,wecanpointoutthecriticisminthisrespect.Intermsofthelegalsystemofconstructionwasterecycling,somesuggestionsareputforwardinthefaceoftheproblemsexistinginthecurrentrecyclingofconstructionwaste.Forexample,garbagerecyclingshouldbeincludedinbiddingdocuments,constructiongarbagemarginsystemshouldbeimplemented,andcorrespondingsubsidystandardsshouldbeformulated.Inviewofthespecificclassificationofconstructionwaste,thecorrespondingrecyclingmethodsareintroducedrespectively,whichhascertainpromotionsignificanceforpromotingtherecyclingandutilizationofconstructionwasteinChina.Basedonthestudyofthecurrentsituationofourcountry,weapplysomeadvancedsystemsandtechnologiestothedevelopmentprocessofourcountry,andstrivetoexploreacharacteristicroadsuitableforourcountry'smarket,soastoreducethecorrespondingobstaclesintheprocessofurbanization,andlayatheoreticalfoundationforourcountry'ssustainabledevelopmenttheory.KeyWords:constructionwaste;Recyclingandreuse;Sustainabledevelopment目录目录....................................................................81引言..................................................................11.1研究背景与意义..................................................11.2国内外研究现状..................................................21.2.1国外研究现状..............................................21.2.2国内研究现状..............................................22建筑垃圾相关基本概念介绍..............................................42.1建筑垃圾的定义和组成............................................42.1.1广义的定义................................................42.1.2狭义的定义................................................42.2建筑垃圾的组成分类..............................................42.2.1按施工性质分类............................................42.2.2按照建筑垃圾的来源分类.....................................
