摘要针对无人靶机对飞行控制系统任务控制、接口、性能、体积和重量等的要求,本文开展了以DSP处理器为核心的无人靶机飞行控制系统的研究,完成了系统的硬件设计、测试及底层驱动软件设计、测试,为无人靶机飞行控制率设计开发奠定了坚实基础。本文研究了无人靶机飞行控制系统的特殊性和国内外研究现状,根据无人靶机对飞行控制系统的需求,完成了以DSP处理器为核心的飞行控制系统的硬件方案设计。在设计方案中采用模块化设计思想,按照系统功能组成将飞行控制系统划分为控制单元、传感器、执行机构、测控模块、系统电源。其次,基于DSP微处理器的最小系统,实现了由时钟电路、复位电路、调试接口电路、存储器扩展电路构成CPU模块的硬件设计,解决了系统可靠性以及存储器资源不足的问题。根据系统集成多种传感器、执行机构、测控模块和任务功能单元的特点,开展并完成了多路模拟量输入(ADC)接口、多种电气规格的串行通信接口和多路PWM接口电路的设计与实现。再次,根据系统各模块的供电需求,完成了二次电源与配电的详细设计。为了提高系统的可靠性特别是电磁兼容性,采用信号流向设计、模拟与数字单点共地、光电隔离、电源分割等技术,完成了多层板布线设计与制作,降低了电磁干扰,提高了系统工作的稳定性和可靠性。本文最后开发了飞行控制系统驱动软件。对系统硬件的功能和性能进行单元测试和系统集成测试,在硬件设计和底层开发软件基础上,验证了飞行控制系统硬件设计正确性。关键词:无人靶机,DSP,飞行控制系统iABSTRACTWiththestrictrequirementsonflightcontrolsystemperformance,itssizeandweightoftargetdrone,thispaperdesignstheflightcontrolsystembasedonDSPprocessorfortargetdrone,whichlaysasolidfoundationforperformancetestandthesoftwaredevelopmentoftargetdrone.Afterdescribingtheresearchstatusofflightcontrolsystemfortargetdroneintheworld,thewholehardwareschemebasedonDSPprocessorisgiveninordertomeetthetargetdroneflightcontrolsystemfunctions.Andflightcontrolsystemisdividedintothecontrolmodule,Sensor,actuator,measurementandsystempowersupply.Secondly,thecontrolmodulebasedontheminimalsystemofDSPmicroprocessorisdeveloped,whichconsistsofclockpart,restetpart,debuggingpartandmemeorypart.Then,theinterfacecircuitsrelatedADinterface,serialcommunicationinterfaceandPWMinterfaceisgivenaccordingtothepropertiesofsensors,actuators,wirelesscommunication.Thirdly,detaileddesignofsecondarypowersupplyandpowerdistributionwasaccomplished,whichisbasedontheelectricitydemandofeachmoduleinthesystem.Inordertoimprovethereliabilityofsystem,especiallyforelectromagneticcompatibility,sometechnologies,suchassignal-flowdesign,analogueanddigitalsingle-pointgrounding,optoelectronicisolation,power-layerandgrounding-layersegment,isusedintheharewarecircuits,whicheffectivelyreducedtheelectromagneticinterferenceandimprovedthesystemoperatingstabilityandreliability.Aftercompletementofdevicedriversoftwaredevelopment,onthebasisofhardwaredesignandtheunderlyingdevelopmentsoftware,theunittestandsystemintegratedtestwerecarriedoutforthehardwaresystem.Verifythecorrectnessoftheflightcontrolsystemhardwaredesignedfortargetdrone.KeyWords:TargetDrone,DSP,flightcontrolsystemii目录摘要.......................................................................................................................................................iABSTRACT...........................................................................................................................................ii目录.....................................................................................................................................................iii图表...
