摘要现在船员的工资其实并不高，现在很多的人的思想在改变，以前他们认为船员有丰厚的工资选择了船员这一职务，可现在他们想船员工资还不如在外面打平，增加人际关系，毕竟船员工作几年离岗后，会感觉自己脱离社会，各种的人际关系都要重新去建立，而在船上辛辛苦苦赚的钱会因为物价上涨或其他原因遭受贬值，因此船员现在处于流失缺失阶段。船员保障很重要，如果船员有很好的生活环境，有很好的人身保险，再有一个很全的船员法，船员的利益将得到很大的保障，船员产生的劳动合同问题将减少，选择船员职业的人也将增加。本文主要分为三部分，第一部分主要是对船员的概念和相关法律，主要讲船员的定义和船员的申请条件并涉及到了船员的保障权利，还有船员的保险问题。第二部分主要介绍了船员劳动合同，对船员劳动合同的主体和内容进行了描述，以及船员劳动合同的订立、变更、解除和终止。第三部分主要是讲船员劳动合同争议的处理过程，以及经常遇到的纠纷问题和常用的法律。关键词：船员、船员劳动合同、纠纷争议Abstract Actually, salary for sailor is not high. Before, people choose a job as a sailor for a high salary, but now, they change minds, and would rather to work out which will surely enhance interpersonal relation ability. After working on board for several years, sailor will be apart from the society and must re-set up all kinds of relations. In additional, money gained on board will be devaluated for the reason of stagflation or something else. For the above reason, it's a shortage of sailor now. It's important for sailor guarantee.
