昭通市昭阳区某校宿舍楼项目投标报价编制李文虎 摘要本次的选题是昭通市昭阳区某校宿舍楼项目投标报价编制，该工程建筑面积为 1 1562.11㎡，为框架结构，建筑高度为 23.1 米，无地下室，地上建筑为六层，共有宿舍 248 间，1488 个床位；投标报价编制是在施工图设计完成后，根据施工图纸运用广联达 BIM 土建算量软件 GCL2013 和广联达 BIM 钢筋算量软件GGJ2013 计算相应的工程量，再运用广联达计价软件 GBQ4.0 根据相应地区工程量清单、工程消耗量定额套项、套价，形成一份由人工费、材料费、机械费、管理费及利润组成的土建工程投标预算报价的经济性文件。关键词：投标报价；广联达；工程量清单；宿舍楼项目AbstractThis time, my topic is to prepare the bidding quotation for a dormitory building project in a school in Zhaoyang District of Zhaotong City. The project has a building area of 1,562.11 ㎡, a frame structure, a building height of 23.1 meters, no basement, six floors above the ground, 248 dormitories and 1,488 beds. After the construction drawing design is completed, the bid quotation is prepared by using GCL2013 and GGJ2013 to calculate the corresponding quantities according to the construction drawings. Then GBQ4.0 is used to form an economic document of the bid budget quotation for civil engineering consisting of labor cost, material cost, machinery cost, management fee and profit according to the bill of quantities, project consumption quota set item and set price of the corresponding regions.
