摘 要管理信息系统是一个比较冷门的学科分支，但是随着互联网技术的迅猛发展，管理信息系统学科也得到了快速发展，基于互联网技术的管理信息系统正不断地涌现，因此，管理信息系统的传统概念也逐渐了产生了新的变化。本基于 JavaEE 人事公司管理系统是针对目前人事公司管理的实际需求，从实际工作出发，对过去的基于 JavaEE 人事公司管理系统存在的问题进行分析，结合计算机系统的结构、概念、模型、原理、方法，在计算机各种优势的情况下，采用目前 JSP 中最流行 SSH 框架和 MyEclipse 编辑器、MySQl 数据库设计并实现的 。本基于 JavaEE 人事公司管理系统主要包含了用户登录 、部门管理、工资反馈管理、公告管理、工资管理、业务安排管理、考勤管理、友情链接管理、留言管理、轮播图管理、用户管理、密码修改、资料修改、信息搜索、退出系统等多个功能模块。它帮助人事公司管理实现了信息化、网络化，通过测试，实现了系统设计目标，相比传统的管理模式，本系统合理的利用了人事公司管理数据资源，有效的减少了人事公司管理的经济投入，大大提高了人事公司管理的效率。关键词: 人事公司管理；SSH 框架；Mysql 数据库Abstract Management information system is a relatively unpopular subject branch, but with the rapid development of Internet technology, the management information system discipline has also developed rapidly.
