摘要随着中国经济社会的飞速发展，党在国家中的领导核心地位是不可动摇的，在城市社区建设中也发挥着重要的作用。但是，随着社区居民需求多样化，人口结构多元化，党员与社区居民之间的紧密联系存在着一定的问题，社区服务的提供在社区建设过程中存在一些断层，在提供社区服务方面存在短板，在为人民提供服务的意识上存在扭曲。党组织不仅作为国家领导核心，也作为社区领导核心，对社区服务活动应该起到领导带头作用，通过社区党组织的领导，做到社区居广泛参与，提高社区党建的专业化、规范化、法制化，更进一步提高社区服的专业化水平。笔者根据在 N 社区实习期间的实践，深入观察并且参与其社区帮扶的活动的过程，通过社会资本视角研究社区“党员帮帮团”对社区居民的帮扶活动中存在的巨大作用，在此过程中分析社会资本理论在党员进行帮扶活动是如何发挥作用如何通过“党员帮帮团”增强社区居民的社会资本，如何在社会资本理论的指导下探索社区党建工作的服务模式。“党员帮帮团”作为 N 社区的自治组织进行培育，并且运用社会资本理论融入社区服务活动，提高社区居民对社区党建的参与率，改善社区居民之间的关系网络，增强居民和居委会、居民和社区党员之间的信任。同时，笔者根据自己在 N 社区的参与观察获取研究资料，在根据笔者整理的访谈报告、和活动策划书等，分析“党员帮帮团”的在形成和发展过程中为社区居民提供服务所形成的社区信任、规范和社区网络等社会资本。关键词：社区、社会工作、党建项目、社会资本AbstractWith the rapid development of China's economy and society, the party's core core position in the country is unshakable, and it has also played an important role in the construction of urban communities.
