摘 要随着市场竞争加剧给挖掘机企业的发展带来了前所未有的挑战，促使企业必须通过内部自身的管理改革与优化方能增强运营效率并提升其竞争力。而库存管理作为企业管理内部的重要功能之一，其改造与优化提升变得极其迫切。这源于库存管理直接关系到企业的资金周转、生产成本控制以及产能需求与客服维护水平提升，因而逐渐成为成为现代企业市场综合竞争力的核心体系。本论文以库存管理理论为指导，对贵州詹阳公司（简称 GJK）在库存管理过程中问题进行归纳分析，探讨贵州詹阳公司库存管理体系再造及保障实施体系。主要从 GJK 公司库存管理体系案例出发研究，运用相关经济学方法，对公司的库存管理体系策略进行优化。研究过程中采用理论与实际相结合的方法，对 GJK 公司库存管理体系进行系统研究，对存在的问题结合库存管理理论进行了详细分析。通过对GJK 公司库存管理方面的剖析，发现目前 GJK 公司库存管理各方面均存在诸多问题，研究明确了导致该公司库存居高不下，以及对企业长期生产经营活动产影响的原因，并针对以上情况提出了相应的优化策略。论文结合 GJK 公司实际情况，从仓库选址、工艺布局、物流运输、管理制度、流程改善、计划管理、采购管理等方面进行具体的探讨，总结出了适合 GJK 公司的库存管理模式。论文还根据公司在库存管理工作中存在的突出问题，提出了公司库存管理体系优化策略，为 GJK 公司探索出适应现代公司需要的具有竞争力的库存管理体系。关键词：库存管理，仓库管理、资源规划AbstractWith the intensified market competition, the development of companies has brought unprecedented challenges.
