摘 要随着市场经济的不断发展，企业货币资本管理方法的建立和完善已成为关系到企业生存和发展的重要问题。货币资金是公司资产的核心组成部分，在公司的生产，运营和会计行为中占有重要地位。在中国，中小企业一般规模较小，生存压力较大，内部控制不足，在管理公司货币资金方面存在常见问题。中国大多数中小企业相对较小，财务资源和劳动力有限，收入和支出环节控制薄弱, 在财务管理方面普遍经验不足, 成为制约我国中小企业发展的一个重要问题。本文通过装饰工程有限公司的实际情况，研究如何通过有效，严格和科学的管理方法加强公司货币资金的管理，同时监控公司货币资金，提高货币资金使用效率，两者都具有一定理论价值和重要的实践意义。通过对装饰工程有限公司货币资金管理现状进行深入调研，发现装饰工程有限公司具有规模大但实力差的弱点。对装饰工程有限公司的研究发现其缺乏货币资金科学管理，财务人员缺乏必要的职业道德，业务技能，控制能力不足，对货币基金管理缺乏认识。针对上述问题，本文提出了加强装饰工程有限公司货币资金管理的建议，包括转变企业货币资金管理的观念，加强会计审核和监督工作，将货币资金内部控制制度建立在公司中，提高公司管理决策的有效性，以期为中小企业货币资金管理提供参考。关键词：货币资金；内部控制；风险意识 Abstract With the continuous development of market economy, the establishment and improvement of the management method of enterprise monetary capital has become an important problem related to the survival and development of enterprises.
