AbstractWith the rapid development of tourism, customers not only need more tour guides and tourism management personnel, but also put forward higher requirements for the quality of travel agency personnel. As the intermediary and medium for organizing all tourism activities, the importance of travel agencies is self-evident. Travel agencies are talent-intensive enterprises, and human resources are the core and development engine of travel agencies. People-oriented is the core of the scientific concept of development, the core of travel agencies is also "people". Due to the fierce competition among travel agencies, some travel agencies have a serious problem of brain drain. The frequent job-hopping of travel talents affects the stability and development of travel agencies. The flow of human resources is initially determined by the laws of the market economy and also required by the market economy. Normal labor mobility can promote the optimization of labor force and bring new life to enterprises, but high-frequency labor mobility is uncommon.
