摘 要制造企业大部分是劳动密集型企业，想要提高制造业自身在市场上的竞争力，需要寻找适合的成本管理方法及制度等来加强成本管理，使企业自身实现良性发展，成本管理在制造企业生产过程中中非常重要。本文通过 A纸箱有限公司成本管理上有的问题及问题的解决方案进行分析研究，研究目的是通过分析该公司存在的成本管理方面的问题来推出该公司使用的是什么成本管理手段，将成熟的成本管理理念贯穿整个生产过程，规范企业成本管理工作，使制造企业成本费用最小化，对公司进行更有针对性、更有效率性的成本管理。通过对该公司的成本管理进行研究分析，不仅对该公司的发展有着重要意义，同时我国其他中小型企业也能将其作为参考，制定合理有效的成本管理制度，发现生产经营过程中容易忽略的成本。经调查分析发现，该公司在成本核算手段、成本分析、成本管理人员意识、成本控制机制上存在问题，会不利于公司的健康发展。通过对这些问题进行分析研究，并在文章最后部分提出了相关建议和措施，包括采用新的成本核算方式，明确成本分析流程与方法，提高员工成本管理意识，制定绩效考核制度等完善成本控制机制。通过有效的措施改善现有的问题，减少不必要的浪费，才能使公司获取更大的利益，让公司健康可持续发展。关键词：成本核算； 成本分析； 成本管理； 成本控制AbstractMost manufacturing enterprises are labor-intensive enterprises.
