摘 要国内外现状经济发展的快速推动下，以财务报告为基础的财务管理的评价体系还是得到了相当程度的进步，在国外，会计在企业运营管理方面的理念和应用已非常广泛，高级财务管理人才受到世界 500 强企业的大力推崇。而中国起步较晚，现在大量缺乏大量在企业运营管理方面有理论体系的人才。企业的运营能力分析在逐渐增强，针对运营能力的不足在不断完善。运营能力分析有利于企业管理高层根据运营能力分析对公司当下的发展有一个明确的认识，并根据社会大环境逐渐调整公司发展的方向；有利于让投资者了解公司的发展前景，给予投资者信心；有利于债券人了解公司结构，对长期债券和短期债券的偿还能力有着直接的认识。本文运输总公司新蔡分公司以为研究对象，采用实地考察法、案例分析法、文献分析法等研究方法，对运输总公司新蔡分公司运营管理现状进行分析，本课题的研究有利于本人公司发展能力分析，对管理层提供决策依据。更有利于了解公司发展的大趋势，以及公司发生危机所释放的信号，对未来发展做出一个预判。关键词：运营管理； 人力成本； 信息化管理AbstractThe evaluation system of financial management based on financial report has made considerable progress under the rapid promotion of the current economic development at home and abroad.
