摘 要资金管理是财务工作的重要组成部分，在企业的经营活动中起着非常重要的作用，可以说是企业的基础。资金的充足与短缺，直接会影响到企业的经营活动以及企业的整体经营状况。分析 A 集团有限公司资金管理中的问题并提出对策建议，对于该企业具有很强的理论建议，可以从资金管理的角度，加强公司管理层的管理，增加公司的净利润，使企业达到利润最大化的目标，从而促进企业的发展。本文以 A 集团有限公司为例，首先介绍了资金管理的概念、方法、重要性等基本理论，然后结合企业近年来的应收账款周转率、存货周转率、营业周期、货币资金等方面对企业的资金管理现状进行了分析。在此基础上，指出 A 集团有限公司资金管理中存在的问题，具体包括：缺乏风险意识、缺乏资金使用效率、缺乏完善的管理体系、资金管理人员素质较低等，最后根据A 集团资金管理中存在的问题提出相应的对策建议，主要包括：提高风险意识、加强资金管理、完善风险体系、提升资金管理人员素质。 关键词：资金管理； 风险意识； 风险体系AbstractCapital management is an important part of financial work, and also plays a very important role in the business activities of enterprises, which can be said to be the foundation of enterprises.
