摘 要随着本世纪初中国加入世界贸易组织以来,通过日渐广泛的国际贸易,中国的经济发展正在不断地加快。作为 21 世纪的朝阳产业,会展业在中国的规模也随之逐步扩大,面对雨后春笋般的行业发展,要想立于行业的领头羊,企业必须加强内部管理,做好成本控制,来获取最大的经济效益。因此对成本管理的研究在会展企业中显得尤为重要。本文围绕会展业展开分析,以某服务有限公司为例,找出公司成本管理存在的问题,并对问题进行分析,运用理论与实际相结合的方式,找到适合公司成本管理的方法,从而方便管理者对公司进行更有针对性更有效的成本管理。通过研究发现该公司在成本管理意识薄弱、成本计划不严谨、成本核算不全面、成本考核形式化等四方面存在较大问题,造成企业成本上升的情况严重,资源严重浪费。通过对以上四方面内容的研究,发现其产生的原因,并在文章最后部分提出了相关建议和措施,包括改进管理制度、控制计划费用、完善核算内容、实施奖罚制度等。企业只有从根本上解决现有问题,避免不必要的浪费,才能使企业获得更高的经济效益,增强企业竞争力,为可持续发展提供保障。关键词:会展业; 成本管理; 成本核算AbstractWith China's accession to the World Trade Organization at the beginning of this century, China's economic development is constantly accelerating through increasingly extensive international trade.
