本科论文摘 要企业的盈利能力是权衡经营者业绩的集中体现，对企业的盈利能力进行剖析不仅有利于保障其投资人的所有者权益，而且利于债权人权衡投入资金的安全性，更加有利于政府部门行使其社会管理职能和保障企业职工的劳动者权益。公司实现财务管理根本目标股东财富最大化和企业价值最大化的根本途径和保证是保持较好的盈利能力的本领。本文以建筑工程有限公司为研究对象，采用实地考察法、案例分析法、文献分析法等研究方法，对建筑工程有限公司盈利能力现状进行分析，通过研究近三年的资产负债表、利润表，运用销售净利率、销售毛利率、净资产收益率、成本费用率等这四项盈利能力指标对该公司进行深入的分析，对公司各项盈利指标的状况都有了清晰的了解。分析的结果显示，建筑工程有限公司在盈利能力这方面存在着较大问题，包括市场占有率小、获利能力低、成本费用较高以及资本结构不合理等问题。因此，针对该公司所存在的问题提出了有效的建议和措施，公司应通过适应市场变化、加强成本控制、优化资本结构等方式，形成一个科学完整的盈利能力指标体系，也对企业的可持续发展具有重要意义。关键词： 盈利能力； 盈利能力指标； 数据分析本科论文AbstractThe profitability of an enterprise is a concentrated reflection of weighing the performance of operators.
