摘 要在当今经济飞速发展，全球经济一体化的时代，市场利润日益低下，竞争越来越激烈，企业如果想要发展，做好成本控制是关键前提。科学合理的成本控制有利于企业的平稳运行，增加盈利空间，因此，想要在竞争激烈的市场之中活动一席之地，就需要企业做好成本控制与内部管理，从而促进企业的良好运行。本文围绕建筑行业展开分析，以空间装饰工程有限公司的成本控制现状为例，将科学的成本控制方法与理念融合其中，从而找到适合公司发展的成本控制体系。论文主要阐述了成本控制基本理论，包括成本控制的含义、内容和方法，并且结合空间装饰工程有限公司的成本控制具体情况，从事前控制，事中控制，事后控制等方面探讨了关于当前成本控制存在的问题，分析其原因，针对具体情况提出了相应的解决对策。最后，希望通过本研究，为企业的成本控制提供一点借鉴意义。关键词：成本控制； 成本管理； 成本预测 AbstractIn the era of rapid economic development and global economic integration, the market profit is increasingly low and the competition is increasingly fierce.
