摘 要在市场经济不停完善的情况下，当今许多企业都面临着严峻的挑战，如何在这种大环境的压力下稳步发展，让企业进行合理有效的运营，是每个企业如今不得不关注的问题，这就使运营能力分析在企业中处于非常重要的位置[1]。公司营运能力的高低在一定程度上决定了企业的发展水平，对于企业提高自身盈利水平有着重要意义，而能否正确分析企业经营能力并找出其问题所在，并不断改善，已经是企业能否在行业竞争中占据主导地位、保持竞争优势的关键因素。现在中国的企业营运能力普遍降低，改善企业营运能力就是在提高公司经营能力[2]。本文使用采用案例分析法和文献分析法等研讨方法，通过研究徐州 A 企业管理咨询有限公司自 2017 年到 2019 年三年的资产负债表、利润表，对固定周转率、应收账款周转率、流动资产周转率、存货周转率和总资产周转率这五项营运能力指标对该公司的运营运转能力进行浅显探析，发现该公司在资产周转方面有着没有取得显著的成绩，包括总资产周转率连年偏低、账目记录错误、资金利用率低等问题。因而，在针对公司所存在的一些问题，公司需通过严格内部管控、加强资产管理、完善信息收集等方式提高自身的运营能力，从而提升企业的经济效益，壮大发展规模，构造一个科学完整的运营能力指标体系，让企业能够可持续发展。关键词：营运能力；数据分析；持续发展Abstract In today's market economy is constantly improving, many enterprises are facing severe challenges today, how to steadily develop under the pressure of this big environment, let the enterprise carry out reasonable and effective operation, is the problem that every enterprise has to pay attention to now, which makes the operational capability analysis in a very important position in the enterprise .
