摘 要在全球飞速发展的今天，固定资产管理这一问题，已经引起企业和单位的足够重视，单位的基础和日常经营管理活动与固定资产息息相关，为了促进单位的良好发展，应认识到固定资产重要，提升固定资产在日常工作中效率，提高固定资产使用时产生的经济效益，对于事业单位来说，有助于提高单位的生命力，促进单位的良性发展。在本文开篇阶段讲述固定资产管理概念以及对于固定资产管理的重要意义，之后围绕 A 县委办公室展开分析，以 A 县委办公室为例，研究目的是把固定资产管理的先进理念充分的运用其中，使单位的管理者少走弯路，对单位的固定资产进行分析，为单位将来的发展提出建议。经过长期了解发现，该单位的固定资产制度不够完善，管理人员职责不清，缺乏充分的专业知识、固定资产管理入账不及时，存在账实不符的问题等问题。通过对这些问题进行分析研究，发现其存在产生的原因。在文章中提出了有效的建议，完善固定资产管理制度，建立固定资产问责制度和加强体制建设，摸清家底，做到账实相符。合理运用意见改善现有的问题，避免不必要的浪费，促进单位的良性发展。关键词：固定资产管理； 体制建设； 良性发展 AbstractIn the rapid development of the world today, the issue of fixed asset management has attracted enough attention from enterprises and units.
