摘 要固定资产在一个企业的生产经营活动中占有很重要的地位。是企业资产的重要组成部分。随着经济的不断发展，企业固定资产管理的好坏会非常大地影响着一个企业的长远发展，特别是对于固定资产多、且价值较高的企业。在物流运输企业中，固定资产多为运输用的货车，价格水平高，在企业资产中占较大比重。这就要求企业对重视固定资产管理，但我国中小型企业还未意识到固定资产管理的重要性，管理方面欠佳。本文通过对某实业有限责任公司固定资产管理现状进行研究，分析某实业有限责任公司固定资产管理存在的问题和成因，包括：固定资产购置缺少可行性分析，盲目采购；验收不规范，质量把控不当；固定资产使用效率低下，闲置严重；固定资产维修不及时，影响利用率；固定资产盘点不到位，账实不相符。并提出开展固定资产可行性分析，编制采购计划；规范验收制度，保证固定资产质量；闲置固定资产出租，提高使用率增加收入；设立专业部门进行维修维护，使用情况加强；固定资产盘点规范化，做到账实相符等一系列的措施。通过建立健全固定资产管理制度，规范固定资产管理流程，提高固定资产管理水平，提升企业效益。关键词：固定资产；固定资产管理；固定资产盘点AbstractAs an important part of an enterprise's assets, fixed assets have played an important role in the production and operation of enterprises.
