摘 要企业的财务管理是企业内部管理的重中之重，关系到企业发展及其综合竞争力，而建立会计信息化就成为了企业优化财务管理的首要问题。我国信息化进度发展迅速，在互联网健全的大数据时代，如何行之有效地建立会计信息化已经成为所有企业共同面临的问题，这给企业财务管理带来了新的挑战和机遇。本文以职业技术学院培训中心为研究对象，采用实地考察法，对职业技术学院培训中心会计信息化建设存在的问题及对策进行分析，发现职业技术学院培训中心在会计信息化建设方面存在会计信息化技术更新较慢、会计信息化岗位设立缺乏合理性、财务信息缺乏保密性和企业缺少会计信息化复合型人才等问题。并且针对以上问题，分析其产生原因，提出强化信息系统、完善企业会计信息化制度、完善企业财务制度以及培养复合型人才等对策建议。以优化企业内部管理，精简财务工作流程提高财务工作效率，提高企业综合竞争力，促进企业可持续发展。关键词：综合竞争力；会计信息化；财务管理AbstractThe financial management of an enterprise is the top priority of the internal management of the enterprise, which is related to the development of the enterprise and its comprehensive competitiveness, and the establishment of accounting informatization has become the primary problem of optimizing the financial management of the enterprise.
