摘 要营运能力是指企业通过对自身已有资产的对比研究，使企业的投资人和经营人员能够清晰地认识到企业的管理和业绩水平，客观评价企业当前是否处于盈利状态。主要为企业提高生产力和长期稳定的发展指明了方向。因此，一个企业想要健康稳定的发展，就一定要提高和重视公司的营运能力分析。本文通过研究某燃气有限公司自 2017 年到 2019 年三年的财务数据，结合公司的实际情况，运用营运能力分析指标对某燃气有限公司的营运能力进行分析和研究。通过分析研究对公司的各项财务状况有了更加清晰的了解。分析的结果显示，某燃气有限公司在营运能力方面存在较大问题，包括流动资产周转率较低、资产收益率偏低、营运资金管理弱化、存货缺乏管理等问题。因此，本文是针对本公司存在的问题提出有效的建议和措施，公司需通过加强企业的应收账款管理、提高资产管理效率、加强企业资金管理和加强存货管理控制等方式来提高企业自身的营运能力。加强企业的营运能力，有助于企业建立健全完整的管理制度，提升企业的销售能力，提高企业的竞争力，促进企业更好地发展。关键词：营运能力； 营运能力分析指标；资产周转率AbstractOperating capacity refers to the comparative study of the existing assets of an enterprise, which enables the investors and managers of the enterprise to clearly understand the management and performance level of the enterprise and objectively evaluate whether the enterprise is currently in a profitable State.
