摘 要随着全球一体化的不断加深，我国的经济水平的提升，对于能源的要求也越来越高。鉴于我国的国情特点，煤炭挖掘的专业设备制造业发展迅速，同时因各种新型技术的问世、新材料的产生、人工成本的增加等等原因。如何能在大环境下提高自身的竞争能力、实现企业可持续发展，是现如今每一个现代企业都必须面临的一个重要问题。而面对这种情况企业必须做好内部管理，加强对成本的控制。因此，必须加强企业的成本管理。本文以煤矿机械有限公司为例，采用实地考察法、案例分析法、文献研究法等对煤矿机械有限公司的成本管理问题进行研究。首先介绍了成本管理的含义、成本管理的内容、成本管理的意义；然后通过对煤矿机械有限公司的历年成本数据进行分析发现了一些问题，如成本管理制度不健全，忽视事前控制的重要性、员工的成本管理意识浅薄、成本浪费严重、企业成本考核制度不健全、员工积极性不高等等。通过对以上问题进行分析并结合企业实际的需求提出一些解决方案，例如建立完善的成本管理体系、采用更加先进的成本控制方法、强化员工的成本管理意识、建立完善的成本考核制度等等。通过这些方法改善煤矿机械有限公司的成本管理现状。关键词：成本；成本分析；成本预算AbstractWith the deepening of global integration and the improvement of China's economic level, the demand for energy is also increasing.
