摘 要随着酒店业的蓬勃发展,各星级酒店前厅部的人才却越来越稀缺。出现了酒店缺员工,员工难发展的局面。在这一背景下,研究者以在沈阳和平艾美酒店的前厅部亲身实习经历,对员工的能力拓展情况以及职业生涯发展状况进行分析;全文首先讲述了能力拓展,主要分为自身能力的认知与培养和酒店对员工的培训;其次介绍了职业生涯的概述与职业生涯规划的重要性;紧接着指出沈阳和平艾美酒店前厅部员工存在的问题并分析了原因,沈阳和平艾美酒店前厅部员工存在潜力难以被挖掘、酒店培训缺乏针对性、员工对职业生涯规划重视性低的问题。分析到的原因是由于管理层对员工不够及时的关注、员工自身能力的不足、酒店培训是面向大多数员工、员工和管理者都不够重视职业生涯规划。最后对这几点问题提出建议。关键词: 职业生涯发展; 能力拓展; 沈阳和平艾美酒店;IAbstractWith the vigorous development of hotel industry, the talents in front office of star hotels are becoming more and more scarce.
