摘 要随着时代和市场经济的快速发展，越来越多的中小型企业活跃在市场中。存货是企业资产的重要组成部分，是企业在市场经济中取得成功的重要因素，越来越多的现代化企业也开始关注到存货管理，并且开始使用存货管理的理念，针对存货管理的方法开始进行不断的改进，并在企业中扮演越来越重要的角色，科学的存货管理可以帮助企业实现快速发展的目标，不科学的存货管理会给企业带来不可预料的灾难。因此，企业需要正确认识到存货管理的重要性，以提高企业运作效率。本文以存货管理为重点，以 A 服装公司为例，对其存货管理存在的问题进行分析，通过研究认为其主要问题的表现在于存货管理的方法不健全并且采购计划不合理、现代化信息建设不健全等问题。同时，本文将结合该公司的公司体制、所处行业特点，提出优化存货管理方法、制定科学合理的采购计划、严格实行盘点工作等一系列合理建议。通过提高存货管理的科学性，建立切实有效的内部检查制度等方式来提高企业的核心竞争力，降低生产经营成本。关键词：存货管理方法； 服装行业； 现代化信息系统 AbstractWith the rapid development of the times and the market economy, more and more small and medium-sized enterprises are active in the market.
