摘 要教育行业是我国蓬勃发展的基石，不论是经济、文化，还是其他方面，都需要教育行业产出的大量人才。对于现阶段的学校，高质量的教学工作需要的不仅是优秀的教师和配套人员，还需要先进的教学设备、高质量的教具、窗明几净的学习环境，因此，固定资产的管理便成为了保证教学质量中必不可少的一环。牵一发而动全身，固定资产管理水平的高低已经与教学水平相挂钩。本文采用文献研究法和案例分析法，以固定资产管理为重点，围绕教育行业的固定资产管理展开分析，以第二中学校为例子，研究如何在新时代的学校之中提高固定资产的管理水平。通过对该学校固定资产管理方面的研究，对该学校固定资产管理中缺乏固定资产管理意识、固定资产管理机制不健全、缺乏折旧管理、固定资产利用率较低等问题展开论述，进行探析。通过对这些问题的研究，最后提出了加强职工的固定资产的管理意识并建立权责明确的管理体系、建立完善的固定资产管理机制并提高执行力、对学校的固定资产进行清查和折旧并建立一套折旧机制、进行固定资产使用培训和建立一套完备的固定资产信息管理系统等对策，旨在提高第二中学校的固定资产管理水平。通过有效的方法，才能使得学校固定资产发挥最大的功效，提高学校的教学质量。关键词：固定资产折旧； 固定资产管理； 管理机制； 管理水平AbstractThe education industry is the cornerstone of China's vigorous development, whether it is economic, cultural, or other aspects, it needs a large number of talents produced by the education industry.
