I摘要随着社会的发展,时代的进步,面向全体学生,促进学生的全面发展越来越成为学校教育的时代要求。在初中语文学科教学中,更是要求学生有一定的知识水平,可以为初中及高等学校的学习奠定坚实的基础。然而,语文学困生的数量却日益增加,产生的原因也五花八门,多种多样。在一些农村乡镇中学,学困生所占全体学生的比例甚至可以达到百分之五十。在教育教学中,想要转化这些学困生,首先要了解学困生产生的原因,然后根据原因尝试找到解决学困生问题的方法。本文立足归因理论、激励理论和建构主义理论,采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、对比分析法、个案研究法相结合的方式,对 G 市农村初级中学的初中语文学困生进行了研究。本研究以江苏省 G 市的农村初中语文学困生为研究对象,从学生方面和教师方面调查了农村初中语文学困生的成因,研究发现造成农村初中语文学困生的原因主要有:学习兴趣不足、学习动力不足,学习习惯不佳、学生学习意志薄弱;教师教学方法落后,教学能力不足,师生关系不合。根据学困生成因,研究提出了农村初中语文学困生的转化策略。具体包括:激发学生学习兴趣、提升学生学习动力、帮助学困生养成良好的学习习惯、锻炼学习意志、改进教学方法提升教学能力、建立融洽的师生关系六大点。关键词:农村初中,初中语文,学困生Study on the Transformation of Rural Junior Middle School Literature and LiteratureAbstractWith the development of society, the progress of the times, facing all students, promoting the all-round development of students has become the requirement of school education.
