摘 要随着现代社会经济化的稳定发展，市场上出现了越来越多的中小型企业，他们如雨后春笋般生长。而这些中小型企业并没有能力去兴建自己的办公楼，所以他们大多选择了去租赁写字楼中的一层或几间办公室作为自己的办公场地。现代化写字楼不仅仅只是被用来当做商务办公场所来使用，它往往是结合商务办公与商业娱乐为一体的商业建筑。现对大连星海湾一号写字楼建筑结构设计的建筑设计原则及结构计算结果做了说明，并附加以详细的计算过程。建筑部分必须在保证结构安全的前提下，完成任务书上的要求。在设计过程当中首先进行对建筑方面的设计，在设计中对写字楼的平面功能做出综合分析，以便达到合乎要求的空间组合，使其符合要求。 并使用 AutoCAD 软件绘制结构构造图，立面图和剖面图，然后设计并计算结构外观。 结构计算部分采用计算机计算和人工计算相结合的计算方法，计算机计算部分采用应建科，由软件进行模型计算。 手动计算完成了荷载的计算，并为一级框架做基础和配筋；然后再由盈建科软件完成对楼板、梁、柱的配筋计算，最后绘制梁板柱的结构施工图。最终形成的成果形式为完整的建筑施工图纸和结构施工图纸。本次毕业设计工作不仅提升了我个人的专业水平，也为以后的工作生活打下了坚实的基础，同时本设计也会为未来更多的写字楼设计提供参考，推动整个写字楼设计方向的发展。关键词：写字楼； 建筑设计； 结构设计；AbstractWith the development of an economic society, more and more small and medium-sized enterprises on the market are growing like mushrooms.
