1I摘要今年是改革开放 42 周年，也是打赢脱贫攻坚战役的关键性一年。民生问题是我国全面建成小康社会的重要课题，而城乡收入差距过大则是最为突出的民生问题之一。自从1972 年以来，我国的经济得到了很快的发展，并且也更加关注基础设施的建设，人们生活水平也在不断提高。然而，尽管人们的收入在不断提高，但是城市与乡村的居民收入差距逐渐拉大，城乡发展不平衡的问题越来越突出，我国城市居民平均收入远高于农村居民。解决这个问题的关键在于政府是否正确的运用自身的财政职能，优化资源分配，稳定市场秩序，构建合理的税收体系，平衡城乡的发展。 关键词：城市；农村；收入；财政；税收IIAbstractThis year marks the 42nd anniversary of reform and opening up and is also a crucial year to win the battle against poverty. The issue of people's livelihood is an important issue for China to finish building a moderately prosperous society in all respects. Since China's reform and opening up, the economy has grown rapidly, infrastructure has been improved, and people's living standards have been improved. However, with the increase of people's income, the income gap between urban and rural residents is gradually widening, and the imbalance between urban and rural development is becoming more and more prominent. The average income of urban residents in China is much higher than that of rural residents.
