摘 要在经济全球化的迅猛趋势下,国外各行各业纷纷入驻中国市场,给国内各企业带来严重冲击,服装行业海外龙头纷纷崛起,国内企业缝隙求生。在这种情形下,服装行业最重要的就是发展自身优势,取长补短。无论是时尚装还是运动休闲装,各类服装品牌均存在着存货高企的问题。由于对市场的预估不准确,加上经济疲软、人口红利不再,各大企业的存货管理失效,存货周转速度呈下降趋势,库存总数也是持续上升。此外,电商的发展也给很多仅有线下门店的企业带来严重冲击。因此,存货管理所存在的问题必须引起注意,只有加强企业存货管理建设,确定合理的存货量,才能降低库存成本,提高企业资金流运转速度。本文通过对海澜之家存货总量以及各存货构成比例进行分析,发现公司的存货管理存在一些问题,其所采取的轻资产运营模式使得其供应链上相互脱节,加盟条件的门槛相对较低也使其加盟店迅速扩张,给存货管理带来巨大的压力。因此,企业必须提高其管理人员及其员工的素质,增进学习,加强对供应链各环节的存货管理,均衡加盟店的扩张速度和存货量的增减,不断加快其信息软件的更新,增强信息交流的次数,实现企业存货优质管理。关键词:服装行业;存货高企;存货管理IAbstractUnder the rapid trend of economic globalization, foreign industries have entered the Chinese market one after another, which has brought serious impact to the domestic enterprises, the clothing industry who is the overseas leaders have risen, and the domestic enterprises survive in gap.
