I摘要通过对日常生活中了解的 20 位农村随迁老人的走访调查与深度访谈，从而对随迁老人的城市适应情况进行分析，发现了农村随迁老人在城市适应中存在一些问题。以农村随迁老人的精神健康出发点，了解随迁老人在当下对城市生活的日常适应情况，从而探究随迁老人城市适应中存在的问题以及影响随迁老人适应城市生活的影响因素，指出随迁老人能否加快适应城市生活，与个人、家庭、社会层面都息息相关;随迁老人自身要积极主动适应城市生活，子女要关注随迁老人的情感需求及精神关爱，社区吸纳社会工作者运用社会工作的理念、方法为随迁老人服务，挖掘社区资源，致力于帮助随迁老人适应并融入城市。同时可以增进父母与子女之间的亲密关系，提高社区人民的凝聚力关键词:农村随迁老人；城市适应；社会工作AbstractThrough the investigation and in-depth interview of 20 rural elderly people in daily life,this paper analyzes the urban adaptation of the rural elderly,and finds out that there are some problems in the urban adaptation of the rural elderly.Starting from the mental health of the elderly moving with the countryside,this paper understands the daily adaptation of the IIelderly to the urban life at present,and then probes into the problems existing in the urban adaptation of the elderly with the relocation and the influencing factors that affect the adaptation of the elderly to the urban life,and points out that whether the elderly adapt to the urban life with the relocation is closely related to the individual,family and social level.The elderly should actively adapt to urban life,their children should pay attention to the emotional needs and spiritual care of the elderly with the relocation,the community absorbs social workers to use the concept and method of social work to serve the elderly with the relocation,excavate community resources,and devote themselves to helping the elderly adapt to and integrate into the city.At the same time,it can e...
