摘要基于 3D 打印设计的汽车免充气轮胎摘要: 近几年,由于轮胎频频出现爆胎、漏气等问题,使安全轮胎的设计与研发受到了前所未有的关注。拥有独特的内部结构设计而无需充气的免充气轮胎则是当前安全轮胎研发的热门。但是,由于部分免充气轮胎的内部结构设计较为复杂,将设计转化为实物的生产过程过于繁杂且生产成本高,限制了免充气轮胎的发展与应用。然而,当前最新的 3D 打印生产技术则只需要将所设计的产品数字化就可以直接打印出产品实物,完美的解决结构复杂的免充气轮胎的生产难题。因此,本文在利用 3D 打印技术制备样品的前提下,通过对斜方形蜂窝型芯结构的借鉴,创新性的设计了菱形多孔结构免充气轮胎。并且利用封闭型菱形多孔结构分析模型对所设计的轮胎进行了力学性能分析。关键词: 3D 打印; 免充气轮胎; 菱形多孔结构;外文摘要Title Design of non-pneumatic tire based on 3D printing AbstractIn recent years, the design and development of safety tires have received unprecedented attention due to the frequent occurrence of tire blowout, air leakage and other problems. At present, the hot research and development of safety tire is non-pneumatic tire. Because of its unique internal structure design, the inflation free tire does not need to be inflated. However, the complex internal structure design makes it difficult to transform the design results into real objects. The production process of the inflation free tire is very complex, and the production cost is high. The problem of unable to mass produce limits the development and application of non-pneumatic tire.
