I摘 要如今在大数据这一特殊条件下，信息的传播使得个人信息被泄露、非法收集利用的事件层出不穷，因此个人信息的保护日趋受到重视。目前我国民法对个人信息的保护不够完善。针对这种情况，本文从个人信息的概念和特点出发，结合国内外的个人信息保护现状及大数据背景下我国个人信息民法保护方面存在的问题，提出了“《个人信息保护法》+《民法典分则》”的保护模式、加强知情同意原则和完善个人信息保护救济措施等建议。关键词：个人信息；大数据；民法保护AbstractIINowadays, under the special condition of big data, the spread of information leads to an endless number of incidents in which personal information is leaked or illegally collected and used.
