I摘要施工组织设计对于一个建设工程来说是必不可少的一项内容。它是实际施工中的一份具有指导性的文件，本施工组织设计是针对商丘市和飞社区 17 号楼住宅楼的工程概况，根据当地实际情况并在合同中规定出工期为 600 天。本设计主要内容是围绕工程施工的组织和管理问题展开,解决了工程在规划和实施的全部过程日常工作中的组织、部署、协调和工程技术等问题。对于本工程的工期、质量的目标、项目管理机构的人员设置及施工劳动力的组织、 施工进度的控制、机械设备的投入及施工周转以及材料的配备、文明施工安全技术解决方案、推行文明标准化施工、绿色安全施工，有效的保证了工程质量、进度、成本。同时也希望通过本设计能使工程可以更加顺利的完成。关键词：施工组织 施工质量 绿色施工 安全 文明ABSTRACTIIConstruction organization design is an essential content for a construction project.
