关于社保毕业生就业心态摘 要 目前，高校毕业生“就业需求”和“双向选择”的就业模式为毕业生提供了更多的就业机会，使毕业生的就业更加独立。然而，毕业生就业成功的概率与雇主的需求密切相关。由于金融动荡，就业机会大幅减少与求职人数之间的矛盾日益加剧，使得毕业生承受的心理压力比过去的毕业生要大。因此，正确认识自己，正确树立就业期望，加快个人就业心态的调整，是当前经济形势下高校毕业生面临的主要问题。本文以社会保障专业毕业生为对象，通过问卷调查，找出了大学生就业心理问题，并提出了相应的决策，以促进毕业生就业心态的向好，提高中国毕业生的就业率。关键字：社保；毕业生；就业心态AbstractAt present, the employment demand of college graduates and "two-way choice" mode provide more employment opportunities for graduates, and make graduates' employment more independent. However, the probability of successful employment of graduates is closely related to the needs of the employer. Due to financial turbulence, the contradiction between employment opportunities and job seekers is increasing, which makes graduates bear more psychological pressure than the past graduates. Therefore, correctly understanding ourselves, setting up employment expectations and speeding up the adjustment of personal employment attitude are the main problems faced by college graduates in the current economic situation. Based on the graduates from social security major, this paper finds out the psychological problems of college graduates through questionnaires, and puts forward corresponding decisions to improve graduates' employment attitude and improve the employment rate of Chinese graduates.
