摘要随着人们生活水平的提高,肥胖症患者也越来越多。为了避免肥胖症患者的增加,帮助肥胖症患者恢复健康,我们需要了解肥胖的成因和危害,通过合理的饮食搭配和积极的运动来减少肥胖的发生。本文主要通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法对肥胖症患者的原因进行深入研究,阐述了体育运动能够对肥胖症患者达到减肥的效果的作用,因此提出了针对肥胖症患者的预防措施。本文通过对肥胖与运动机制的研究,表明了肥胖主要由遗传基因、热量代谢异常、营养不均衡、运动量过少等造成。肥胖的危害有血脂异常、患高血压频率增加、心脏负荷增加、糖尿病风险增加等。运动减肥的机制主要有运动对能量代谢的调节、运动对内分泌的影响、运动对体内脂肪的影响、运动对胰岛素代谢的调节等。运动减肥的措施有选择适宜的运动项目,安排合理的运动强度、运动时间及密度、养成良好的运动习惯等。关键词:肥胖、运动肥减AbstractWith the improvement of people's living standard,more and more obese patiwnts are appeared.
