In contemporary China, few writers are so dedicated to the narrative of death as Chi Zijian. She wrote the meaning of life with the special regional complex on the northeast side. In her writing, death was no longer a sign of cruelty and sorrow, but accompanied by life in a kind of warmth. From the point of view of death narrative, this paper tries to explore the various types of death narrative through the textual analysis of Chi Zijian's novels, and concludes its narrative style and aesthetic features.
