I电器件后盖注塑模具设计摘要本文通过查找文献等途径,针对电器件后盖注塑模具设计的总体要求,先对相应的塑件成型工艺、加工精度要求进行了分析;并在此基础上,通过对注塑机进行选择和校核,得出海天 80CX 型号的注塑机能够完全满足本文的需求;然后又对注塑模具进行了合理的结构设计以及材料的选择;最后通过三维建模软件进行装配图和零件图的绘制,并采用说明书和计算分析的形式完成了模具设计的论文。关键词:成型工艺;UG 三维建模;模具设计;注塑机;模具材料AbstractAccording to the general requirements for injection mold design of electronic component covering. Firstly, the plastic molding process and the machining precision is IIanalyzed; Secondly, the injection molding machine has been selected and checked, results show that Haitian 80CX can fully meet the demand; Then the reasonable structure design and material selection of the injection mold are discussed.
