摘要最近几年,我国经济的腾飞使我国公民对于法律的认知不断完善。订立劳动合同、以及如何解约、终止以及劳动合同终止后有关个人相关利益的补偿问题越来越受到人民的关注,已经成为了当今社会上的一个热门话题,更是一个非常严肃的法律问题。笔者在本课题的研究中,先是梳理了涉及到课题的名词和概念,列出现行法律中涉及到劳动合同终止的条款;接着对劳动合同终止和解除展开全面的分析;阐述终止和解除劳动合同的法定情形以及需要满足的要求;最后以劳动关系终止、事由、程序、举证责任为切入点,对劳动合同终止的经济补偿进行深刻全面的剖析。关键词:劳动合同;终止;问题TitleIn recent years, the development of our country's economy has made the citizens' cognition of the law perfect. The conclusion of labor contracts, and how to terminate, terminate and compensate the related interests of individuals after the termination of labor contracts has attracted more and more attention of the people.
