For Tibetan students,their native language is Tibetan , Chinese as a second language, English as a third language. In the study of foreign languages, those languages different from students’ mother tongue are difficult to learn. Based on the comparative study of English and Tibetan syntax, this thesis discovers the differences in the syntactic structure between Tibetan and English, and analyzes the differences between the Tibetan and English syntax in terms of The Theory of Transfer.
