非婚同居期间财产关系讨论摘要伴随着自由精神的演化，非婚同居在我国也逐渐盛行起来，很多男女在进入婚姻前将会选择同居“适婚”，当此类事件逐渐增多，也产生了相应的问题。当双方感情破裂，同居关系难以维系，在双方共同生活期间，所涉及到的钱财将如何处理成为主要纠纷，各类案件也不断增多。在法律层面而言，虽然双方处于共同生活状态，但是双方的社会属性在法律层面并未发生变化，仍然属于双方独立的个体，因此，双方的个人财产将会受到保护，也就是甚多收益或者债务等仍然需要界定其去向。在此次讨论中，讨论的主要课题便是非婚同居的财产关系，在讨论中，引入案例，分析其中主要分歧点，并且根据对案例的分析展开非婚同居的探讨，了解非婚同居的定义，并且了解我国当前法律条款中所存在不足，在提出建议之前，了解外国的经验引为借鉴，提出完善我国法律的建议，望带来借鉴。关键词；非婚同居；财产关系；分歧讨论abstractAlong with the evolution of free spirit, unmarried cohabitation in our country has gradually flourished, many men and women in marriage will choose cohabitation "marriage", when such events gradually increased, also produced the corresponding problems.
