1中小民营企业激励机制存在问题和对策研究——以 M 企业为例【摘 要】现在中小型民营企业类型众多,市场经济化脚步逐渐加快,但对人力资源方面人才缺少和公司现状工作效率低,更普遍现象是优秀人才流失,员工职业不稳定。此现象造成公司成本浪费,现象造成原因有以下几点:企业对有效员工鼓励机制不够完善,员工在企业受不到尊重,需求得不到满足,员工是企业中谋取利益工作人,公司没有人性话指标,领导者不重视员工真正需求,导致员工对企业失望。所以企业不仅仅是构建科学又系统制度,更要考虑人力资源部门管理体系是否合理以及在人力资源部门管理体系中重视企业员工鼓励政策。【关键词】 人才;福利;激励机制;民营企业1AbstractAt present, there are many types of small and medium-sized private enterprises, and the pace of market economy is gradually accelerating. However, the lack of talents in human resources and the current status of the company are inefficient. The more common phenomenon is the loss of excellent talents and the unstable occupation of employees. This phenomenon causes the company's cost to be wasted. The reasons for the phenomenon are as follows: the enterprise is not perfect for the effective employee incentive mechanism, the employee is not respected in the enterprise, the demand is not satisfied, the employee is the profit-seeking worker in the enterprise, and the company has no humanity. In terms of indicators, leaders do not pay attention to the real needs of employees, which leads to employees being disappointed with the company.
